Are you a senior looking for a wonderful start to your day with great coffee, good company, and exciting themes? Then our Senior Tuesdays at Grand are just for you! On the second Tuesday of every month, we invite all seniors to a cozy morning at We Love Food, where we serve coffee and pastries from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.
Every Senior Tuesday has a new theme—we talk about everything from gift ideas for grandchildren, tech support, fashion, and book recommendations to sustainability, forest conservation, and more. Senior Tuesday is the perfect place to meet new friends, socialize, and find inspiration!
This time, we’re joined by Apoteket, who will explain what happens in the body as it ages. They’ll share advice on medication use and tips on how to take care of your skin. Plus, you’ll each receive a goodie bag and enjoy great deals at Apoteket throughout the day. Representatives from OnDeMove will also be on site to provide information about hearing aids, as will the Växjö Municipality’s preventive health unit, which will share details about the launch of the Sports School 65+.
