On Sunday, February 8, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., there will be an indoor flea market at Grand Samarkand! We’re looking forward to a wonderful day with happy customers, a great selection, fantastic finds, and a fun time at Grand Samarkand. Please spread the word to your friends and neighbors—we’ll see you there!
There are a limited number of spots, so don't wait to register—we're accepting exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis!

Questions and Answers
It costs 50 SEK per seat. All proceeds go directly to the Majblomman Växjö fundraiser to benefit children and families with children. The fee is paid via Swish on site upon arrival.
You will have access to a space measuring 2.5 x 1.5 meters. We will provide a table that will be set up when you arrive. The table measures 180×70 cm. PLEASE NOTE: You may only reserve one spot per person. We do not provide chairs.
You will then receive a confirmation email, and you will need to confirm that you have read the information. You can do this by replying to the email.
Note: You will also receive a verification email from our customer club if you are not already a member; this email is not the confirmation.

When you register, you’ll be assigned a booth number—this is your spot as an exhibitor. You’ll receive a map via email in advance showing all the booths marked; this will show you which section of the mall your booth is located in. There will be staff members wearing yellow vests inside each entrance. Check in with a staff member and pay the 50kr fee via Swish; the entire fee will be donated to Majblomman Växjö. Follow the staff member’s instructions and let them know when you arrive, and they’ll help you get to your spot. As vendors, we respect and look out for one another.
Please arrive between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Check in with the staff member, find your spot, and set up your station.
To ensure that the flea market lives up to our promise to all visitors, you must remain on site at all times until 4:00 p.m. Please take any leftover items, boxes, etc., with you when you leave. Nothing may be left behind.
When the flea market ends at 4:00 p.m., sellers must clean up after themselves and leave the area just as it was when they arrived. No one is allowed to remain and sell after 4:00 p.m.
Yes, as long as you stay in the reserved spot.
If you'd like to sit next to each other, both of you need to reserve a seat on the same day and indicate your preference when registering. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but we can't guarantee anything.
Clothing, jewelry, furniture, toys, books, home decor, china, etc.
You may not sell anything that is offensive or illegal. Food, beverages, or other edible items may not be sold.

The flea market is for private individuals, i.e., not businesses.
If you have registered but did not get a spot (because the event is fully booked), you will be asked if you would like to be placed on the waiting list. We will then contact you if someone drops out and it is your turn on the list.
Flea market spots fill up quickly. The waiting list does too. That’s why we may have closed the waiting list as well.
